Paul Notaras, Shaun Hannah, Alastair Wright and Chris Packett (the Principals) founded Altis in 2008. The Principals have extensive experience working in both private and institutional environments including companies such as GE Real Estate, Macquarie Bank, AMP, Mirvac, Valad and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Since 2000, the Principals have worked as a team responsible for the acquisition and delivery of over 90 transactions with a gross asset value exceeding A$5.0 billion and raising and managing over $800 million of wholesale capital.

Investments were in a broad range of sectors including office, retail, industrial, residential and some specialist sectors including self storage and retirement throughout Australia and New Zealand both directly and through joint ventures.
